  I went in there regarding an issue I had with a mother's ring I had purchased online (2 stones that were supposed to be the same looked very different). I expected to get a hard time sine I had purchased online, and it was outside of the 60 day return window (although I did have the protection plan). The main gentleman there (seemed to be the manager) quickly understood my concern, and took care of me, and quickly filled out the paperwork to send it back to have the stone replaced. I was very pleased on how they treated me, even though I wasn't going in to that store to buy anything.
