  More than 10 months after the deposit was paid we still don't have any floors installed. A business to business agreement of new floors was made prior to the company was named M&M flooring. Promises of delivery and installation were made multiple times, but with no result. No offers of reimbursment has been made, and the situation seems dead-locked.

  After a written contract agreement was agreed upon for a complete renovation of our main, and only, bathroom in our home 6 WEEKS later we are still in the drywall stage with plywood on the floor. Full completion including demo and rebuild for this project was estimated at 6 days by Les. Unfortunately these 6 days have been spread out over 6 weeks as the workers show up on average 7-10 hours PER WEEK to do work. We paid our deposit on the first day of labor as requested, and have since written many checks to cover labor that was outsourced and supposed to be completed...with these "vendors" never showing up... I am guessing they were never called. Many empty promises and unanswered phone calls leave us seeking legal action to recoup the money we have lost with M & M Flooring and seek out another who can fix what they installed poorly and get our bathroom back in working order. I cannot tell you the frustration of not having a working bathroom combined with a young family brings. BEWARE
