  BEWARE WORST SERVICE in town. Sent a Tech that spent 5 minutes looking at the fridge then called Whirlpool and spent two minutes on the phone and told me it would cost $500 for an ice maker. When I questions the troubleshooting method he told me the guy at Whirlpool must be having a bad day and he couldn't figure out why it would be the ice maker either. I called the office to complain and they said they had to follow the recommendations from the whirlpool help desk and when I question the last repairs they had done under warranty they said oh yeah we forgot to bill you for that 3 months ago and you owe us money. Sent me a bill with big red letters past due. When I called to try to get someone at the office they were rude and insulting on the phone and said they had turned me in to collections. I asked them to resend a guy to properly test my fridge and they said they would rather not do business with me anymore since I didn't believe the fridge needed an ice maker replacement. I asked to remove the service charge and they said no we already turned it over to collections. Office manager Tom is a real winner... stay clear of this place unless you want under qualified technicians and worse customer customer service. Will never do business with them again.

  Josh T. came to fix our washer. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained things in terms I could easily understand. I highly recommend him without a moment's hesitation. He did a great job!
