  After the boots I bought fell apart, they refused to give me my money back, then issued an in store credit. I let my mom use the credit to purchase a good bra, but they didn't stock it...? So then they ordered it... but said it would be a month before it came in and she could get a refund if she chose. Ooops, no refund, you used indoor in store credit. So finally the day arrives and she goes to pick up the bra. "Sorry, we haven't check in our order yet". REALLY? Super unimpressed with this whole thing. Not to mention if I had been a dancer in the boots I bought in the first place and they fell apart while on stage.... in the event you sell me junk, I think you should make an exception to the rule and refund my money so I have it to go else where and buy the boots I needed. Very poor business management and dealings, and my friends myself AND my mother won't be visiting again.
