  Recently my husband I purchased the Nordic Rendezvous LS hot tub from Altman's. From the moment we first walked into their business the customer service was and has remained great. Bob and his staff are not only friendly but also were able to answer in detail every question we had when searching for a hot tub. Bob was able to get our hot tub delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Altman's delivery and set up men were not only professional but also very friendly. The delivery men took us through a detailed and easy to understand step by step process on chemical use and also making sure we understood each function of the hot tub prior to leaving. Another great thing Altman's offers is if a repair is needed you get their personal staff not a third party company. As for purchasing refill chemicals needed for the hot tub Altman's prices are priced the same and in some cases even cheaper than online competitors prices. We have referred friends to Atman's and would recommend anyone looking for a product they sell to stop by and see Bob and his staff

  We bought a hot tub from Bob and Karen a while back. We had some issues when the power on our house went out during -15 weather for a day. When the power came back on, it surged and blew some electronics. Bob came out with snow on the ground that evening, got everything fixed, and we didn't need a loan to pay for it. Appreciate them! Also, very charitable people. Would recommend.
